Your order comes with a 30 day grace period to return your item/s for an exchange or full refund.
As the Authorised Australian Distributor for our brands, your purchase/s come with the official manufacturer's warranty/ies.

Your order will be delivered within 1-4 business days, depending on the time that you place your order & your postal address. Metropolitan areas in Australia can expect delivery within 1-2 business days. Rural areas in Australia can expect delivery in 2-4 business days.
Your purchased item are carefully packaged and shipped with Australia Post's Express Delivery + Signature service.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email that you can to track your order via Australia Post's website.
If nobody is at home to sign for your parcel, it will be taken to a local Post Office where you can collect it. Australia Post will leave a Missed Delivery slip which indicates the Post Office that your parcel has been taken to, and the times it can be collected.
If you have received a watch that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be given a choice to receive a refund or a replacement watch.
To return an watch within 30 days of delivery, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with instructions to return your watch.
Please ensure that you include a copy of your invoice or delivery slip when sending your watch to us. If you prefer, you can print the instructions email we send you and include it with your package.
Please ensure that your package is adequately covered for loss or damage during transit. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged items during transit to our office.
